FAQ
What is a Priced Sale and how does it work?
A Priced Sale is a token sale mechanism that sells a fixed quantity of tokens at a fixed price, so you know exactly how many tokens you'll receive before you buy. Here's how it works:
- A specific quantity of tokens is allocated to the sale at a fixed price per token. The sale will remain open for a set period of time or until all allocated tokens are purchased.
- While the sale is open, you can deposit funds to buy tokens. Because the price is fixed, the exact number of tokens your deposit buys is shown before you confirm. Deposits are final and cannot be withdrawn.
- If all tokens allocated to the sale sell out before the scheduled end, the sale ends early.
- When the sale ends, if the graduation minimum is met, the token will graduate at the specified TGE time: its liquidity pool is created and buyers can claim their tokens.
- Refunds: When the sale ends, if the graduation minimum is not met, buyers will be able to claim a refund of what they've deposited (minus any applicable network and protocol fees).
How will I know how many tokens I will receive?
The token price is fixed for the whole sale, so your allocation is simply your deposit divided by the token price. The exact amount is shown before you confirm each purchase and on your receipt after the sale ends. It does not depend on what other participants deposit.
Can I withdraw my deposit?
No. Deposits in a Priced Sale are final and cannot be withdrawn, so make sure you're comfortable with your purchase before confirming. The only exception is a failed sale: if the graduation minimum is not met, you will be able to claim back your deposit (minus any applicable network and protocol fees).
What happens if the sale sells out?
If there are enough deposits to buy all tokens allocated to the sale before the scheduled end time, the sale is "sold out" and ends immediately. The token will then graduate at the specified TGE time after which buyers can claim their tokens.
What happens at the TGE?
The TGE is when the token graduates. At that moment the token's liquidity pool is created and purchased tokens become claimable.
What happens if the graduation minimum isn't met?
If at the end of the sale the total deposits do not meet the graduation minimum, all buyers will be able to claim back their deposit. Connect your wallet to claim back your deposit (minus applicable network and protocol fees).
How will I claim the tokens I purchase?
If the graduation minimum is met, all purchasers will be able to claim their tokens after the sale ends and the token graduates (the specified TGE time). Connect your wallet to claim your purchased tokens.
How is liquidity locked?
Liquidity is locked for a period of time to protect traders and prevent rug pulls. Lock schedules differ by launch type:
- Priced Sale - Liquidity is locked for 1 year with quarterly unlocks.
Is there a lock-up for tokens purchased in the Priced Sale?
No lock-up for tokens purchased in the Priced Sale.
What fees will I be charged to participate in the Priced Sale?
All network fees and protocol fees will be displayed in the transaction details. These are fees charged by third-parties. Please review all transaction details closely.
